Operating a major 3PL contract on behalf of a prestigious automotive customer, offering sequenced and time-critical loads directly to track, on a 25/5 basis, whilst remotely based away from Head Office, reporting into the Head of UK Operations. Named on the company O-Licence. Directly accountable for all activity within the contract; ascertaining customer requirements and then planning/staffing to suit or redeploying assets where necessary, being readily available for escalations from Team Leaders and/or Lead Drivers, supplying the business and customer with contract-specific KPI metrics, managing the operational P&L, calculating and delivering Charge Reports as a first stage of invoicing whilst maintaining a healthy margin for the business. Charged with the responsibility of the fleet management and compliance of the contract, planning maintenance of fifteen prime-movers and twenty-plus trailers around the operation, ensuring vehicles and drivers remain compliant at all times; to DVSA Earned Recognition standards. Integrated into the Departmental Launch Team during the onboarding of an OEM contract; after winning tender, assisting with operational aspects of launch to enable a seamless take-over from multiple logistic providers to a wholly AMCO operated service. Member of Company “Green Board” working toward sustainability and community repayment goals. Member of Company “Employee Committee” taking the voice of the working staff to The Board and Senior level HR.Named on the company Operators License.Operating a fully self-sufficient contract, remotely based away from head office. Operating multiple sites whilst supporting others on a 24/5 basis.Implementing the now departmental-wide P&L recording system for relevant contract managers.
