About Tom Wimer

Tom Wimer is the Vice President, Human Resources Consulting for OneDigital. He supports a team of over 400 human resources consultants across the country. In 2016, Tom and his team launched the OneDigital HRC practice through the acquisition of FahrenheitHR, where he was a founding partner. OneDigital is the nation\'s largest employee benefits, human resources and retirement services company. For the past 30 years, Tom has worked for and with some of the most respected organizations in the world, and has focused the past 17 years on bringing world class HR solutions to emerging growth, to mid-market companies, non-profits and government agencies. A trusted leader shaping the future of the HR industry, Tom is the past President and CEO of KnowledgeBank, Inc, an award-winning human resources management consulting firm he founded in 2003 to meet the demand for management practices with a practical approach. Prior to launching KnowledgeBank, Tom established and led the Human Capital Solutions practice of the Mid-Atlantic Region of Resources Connection (now Resources Global Professionals), a professional services spin-off of Deloitte. In this role, he built a solid base of HR professionals capable of delivering a full spectrum of services. Before that, Tom held executive HR positions at several globally recognized companies, including ExxonMobil, where he was accountable for all executive, experienced professional and campus recruitment programs in the United States, while serving as a corporate liaison to international affiliates. Earlier in his career, he was a senior, corporate human resources executive with The Dial Corporation and an HR and operations manager with General Electric.He has served on the Board of Directors for Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind, the Business Opportunities for the Blind and has served in leadership roles for the HR Leadership Forum.
