I am a Senior Manager in EY Business Consulting\'s Project, Programme and Portfolio Management practice.\\\\n\\\\nI have worked with central government clients to help mobilise and deliver transformation programmes and portfolios. Core roles include:\\\\n- Conducted process mapping of major new legislation to understand the impact of implementation on the organisation\\\\n- Delivered a review of the organisation\'s portfolio office and major programmes to identify improvement opportunities, and make recommendations to implement effective portfolio management practices and capability\\\\n- Managed engagement to implement Microsoft Power Platform-enabled transformation portfolio tool, including requirements gathering and business prices design\\\\n\\\\nI lead recruitment for the Transformation Delivery competency. I also work with StandOut, a charity working to improve the employability for people leaving prison, to provide EY volunteers for their programme.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
