As an experienced operations leader, I have experience across revenue operations, GTM analytics, finance, strategic planning, ABM, customer success, business operations, sales operations, and M&A.I bring a distinct angle to revenue operations. I’ve been most adept working with high growth SaaS companies who have solved product-market fit and are looking to scale their GTM model. I’ve found success leveraging thoughtful strategy, analytics, automation, and partnership to drive operations, transform the business, and collectively reach new levels of growth.My early career in finance drilled in foundational practices of disciplined analytics and an understanding of critical drivers and levers of any industry. This taught me how to translate analytics into actionable insights for the business. I’ve completed M&A, spin-outs, and refinancing both as a banker as well as an operations leader. I love to decode complicated stuff. By demystifying complex strategies and concepts, I can help educate learners and enlighten or persuade leaders. This has turned out to be a particularly fun and effective and skill to translate strategy to action.From a genuine interest in helping people learn and grow, I’ve been able to create teams where people want to stick around. Supported and motivated teams are more successful – and have have more fun along the way. All of this means that I also have more fun and success. A win-win for all.
