I specialise in shaping value propositions that address critical priorities in healthcare – including compliance, efficiency, sustainability, patient experience, and risk transfer. My remit spans Soft FM, Hard FM and fully Integrated FM models, with tailored approaches for acute, mental health, and community environments.🧠From bid strategy to mobilisation planning, I lead the end-to-end solution design process.
