I founded Tazio in 2010 with a vision of creating a technology platform to help employers and employees achieve their full potential. We all possess a vast array of, often untapped, skills and capabilities. When these are correctly recognised and nurtured, we can achieve almost anything we want. Today, Tazio enables large, often global employers to find the best people for any given role objectively and efficiently. By ensuring everyone is working in their ideal job, our customers benefit from a more creative, engaged and productive workforce. More importantly, their employees are happier, more successful and better rewarded. As CEO, I\'m focused on developing and executing our strategic plans to enhance Tazio and grow our global reach. I\'m also heavily involved with building and maintaining the long term relationships with our customers and partners, which is vital to our continued success.
