   The Connected Products/Devices team at Disney Experiences (DX) plays a vital role in the development and deployment of innovative features and enhancements across our mobile applications, including the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, Club 33 app, My Disney Experience (MDX) app, and internal Cast Member applications and devices for Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.As the Technical Delivery Manager for the back-end services of the Magic Mobile initiative, I lead a team of engineers and QA analysts in delivering high-quality solutions that enhance the guest experience. Our current projects focus on adding new features and functionalities to Magic Mobile, including pass sharing, fraud detection, Disney Genie Itinerary creation, and AI-generated AI Machine Learning functionalities.**Key Oversee the development and deployment of new features and enhancements across multiple mobile applications and internal Cast Member devices and their applications* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Developers, QA analysts, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful releases and on-time deployments* Provide technical guidance and expertise to external stakeholders* Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile application development and deployment best practices* Conduct code reviews, story pointing sessions, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and demos to drive team collaboration and efficiency* Develop solutions that meet business needs and improve the guest experience
