Currently, the CEO of SOVRA, the leading planning and procurement platform for government agencies. Previously, as the founding CEO at Granicus, Tom led the company from 0 to 1,300 customers, becoming the market leader in cloud software for government. In the early days, he made initial customer sales, establishing product-market fit on a particularly lean budget. As the company grew, it created three new product categories in the gov-tech space, and achieved 99% customer and revenue retention. In addition, Tom became an industry thought leader, speaking at more than 100 conferences. Over his 15 years as CEO of Granicus, he received a 91% approval rating on Glassdoor.
