About Tom Silzell

Having started his working career making OB Sales calls for MCI Long Distance while studying business at the University of Northern Colorado, Tom Silzell has literally built his entire career around contact centers. Over his thirty years of experience in the Customer Experience industry, he has held positions in front line operations, support & planning, and senior leadership for top tier telecom, technology, and Business Process Outsourcing firms. He is passionate about the value that outsourcing BPO/Contact Center, technology, and managed services CX to mid-size BPO partners can bring to a business relationship. He believes strongly that the tide is shifting away from larger BPO partners as a single source to leveraging a network of mid-size partners who view every relationship, no matter the size, as strategic. In November 2020, related to this mission, Tom established CX Partner Source, an advisory firm that brings a world-class and highly successful business development and marketing approach to elevate and simplify the way companies choose their BPO and technology partners. The goal of CXPS is to set our clients up for success when they are matched with up-and-coming companies who need the energetic attention, innovative services, and right-sized economics the CXPS BPO network has to offer. Tom continues to, in parallel, lead Right4MInds Ventures as Founder and Chief Investment Officer, capitalizing on his journeys with Alorica, ClientLogic, Sitel, buy.com, and MCI/Verizon. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, he holds a BA in Management.
