Tom Schnipp is a senior project and program management leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex initiatives across financial services, insurance, government, and non-profit organizations. He brings a practitioner’s perspective to enterprise transformation, blending disciplined project management with emerging capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.Currently, Tom works in a consulting capacity supporting large, regulated organizations, including Knights of Columbus and Broadridge Financial Solutions, on CRM modernization, platform transformation, and operational improvement initiatives. His work focuses on navigating regulatory constraints, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering measurable business value at scale.In addition to his consulting work, Tom teaches project management and related topics at County College of Morris, where he incorporates real-world case studies, Agile practices, and the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in project and program management. His academic and professional interests sit at the intersection of technology, governance, ethics, and organizational change.Tom is an active member and volunteer leader with Project Management Institute, including service as an international judge for the PMI PMO Global Awards, evaluating organizations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. He also contributes to his local community through volunteer roles with the Morris County Historical Society and the Morris County Agriculture Development Board, supporting preservation, education, and public service initiatives.Earlier in his career, Tom held leadership roles supporting enterprise PMOs and regulatory programs within financial services and government-facing organizations, including work with large insurers, federal and state agencies, and mission-driven non-profits such as the YMCA and United Way.Tom is a PMP-certified project management professional with a strong interest in how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping project delivery, decision-making, and professional education.
