I have almost 15 years experience in Financial Services with a decade as a senior digital leader. My remit has extended to projects within the Education sector, Health and Wellbeing sector and covers the whole remit of IT Operations and Digital Leadership, including creating Technology Strategy and Innovation activities. I have lead a number of successful Digital Transformation projects ranging from developing CRM and MIS systems in-house through to BAU optimisation and product development. In addition to this, I am a qualified Agile Project Manager with several years of experience in Change Management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Stakeholder Management. My strengths are building high performing teams and turning high-level ideas into actionable strategies and tangible products.
