As a technical leader and project manager, I have worked for CMOS image sensors (CIS) which are for mobile phone, digital still camera, broadcast camera and automotive sensor. I have developed over 20 products and R&D test vehicles. Especially, I really love troubleshooting. My career is built by troubleshooting, then I got some skills. And I built and led troubleshooting team. I may not be able to live without trouble. And fortunately, I had chance to build and manage CIS R&D center which has over 100 members. To check the qualification of the candidates, to train, to build development environment and flow.
