About Tomo Oku
Building something new. Previously helped scale UiPath from a ~$10M ARR Series A to a $1.7B ARR public company (NYSE: PATH) at a $40B valuation. Joined as a founding GTM member for Japan and grew it to ~$100M ARR in 3 years, driving ~60% of global revenue through Series C. While in Japan, I led UiPath\'s largest global enterprise deployment, scaling it from first contract to a multi-million dollar program. Was then promoted to Chief of Staff to the CEO in New York - the only person transferred from Japan to global HQ, a first to this day. Passionate about building products that directly move the needle on enterprise financials and making sure companies actually achieve the outcomes they\'re paying for. Also advise early-stage startups that have gone on to achieve exceptional outcomes.
