ABOUT TOMMY GARDNER MINSTR
Head of Technical at TF Solutions & Sector Specialist (Air Conditioning) at RACESI have been in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry for 17 years. My journey started as an Apprentice Engineer which led to holding the role of Service and Maintenance Engineer. After several years out on the road i promoted to the role of Service and Maintenance Manager where i led a team of highly experienced engineers through rapid business growth achieving excellent results and customer satisfaction. In December 2022 i joined the Technical Team at TF Solutions working on design and application related enquiries. I am now in the position of Head of Technical where I lead the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heat Pump and spares technical teams across the business. In January 2026 alongside my role at TF Solutions, I took up the voluntary role of Sector Specialist (Air Conditioning) at RACES
