Successfully delivered features that addressed critical pain points in existing systems. Our tech stack primarily involved Next.JS, TypeScript & React for the frontend, and Next.JS, C# & .NET for backend solutions.Designed and implemented core infrastructure, including full frontend/backend repository setups, integrating Storybook component libraries, and establishing automated CI/CD pipelines.Built a component ecosystem, creating API-connected Table, Status Cell, and Skeleton components with mock.NET APIs, all developed with a strong focus on robust security best practices.Led Agile project management activities, including structured sprint retrospectives, quarterly planning, and OKR development workshops. Additionally, I provided technical mentorship to QA engineers on repository culture, pre-commit processes, and component testing.Designed and developed a fully authenticated Next.js client dashboard. This was integrated with Abrdn\'s authentication system and custom component ecosystem, enabling clients to track ticket statuses, contact the call centre, and securely submit financial documents.Redesigned Abrdn\'s corporate webpage using a CMS, streamlining navigation and link structure. The aim was to enhance user experience and measurably reduce help centre calls.Developed and deployed diverse enterprise solutions, including React Native mobile applications with complex third-party API integrations and an AI-powered anti-scam solution.Contributed to internal learning initiatives, specifically focusing on upskilling programmes in C#.NET and React Native to enhance overall team capabilities and improve project delivery.Participated in internal AI training and AWS AI training programmes, gaining proficiency in leveraging AI tools and services effectively in a professional context.
