   MWG 1 & 2 MWG 1 & 2 is a 976,623 square foot facility with two 278,195 square foot data halls designed to accommodate 189 watts/sf density. This facility also has a 60,724 square foot administration area including offices, a full cafeteria for employees, and meeting rooms. This campus will also include construction of a 230kV high voltage substation, that will ultimately support the entire campus’ needs with a capacity of 240MVA. The lineups include utility service as well as a 3MW generator (3 per data hall). Each lineup is comprised of a main switchboard that feeds a data hall switchboard as well as its’ associated mechanical equipment. Each lineup is also backed up by a reserve lineup. The data hall switchboards, which are also tied into the reserve lineups, then feed RPPs (roughly 48 RPPs per Data Hall or 192 per building or 384 total). Each RPP is then fed through a dedicated lineup with reserve back-up. The network racks are fed using overhead busway. The mechanical system is designed to support cooling for an ultimate 30 MW critical computer equipment per building load during normal operation (with electrical system redundancy). The cooling system for the critical computer equipment is all housed on the penthouse level, with the entire penthouse level acting as one single cooling system. The cooling system is comprised of parallel rows of filter banks, fan arrays, coil banks, all on a single plane acting in unison. The makeup air for the rest of the campus is supported by independent Air Handler Units throughout. There are eight separate make-up water tanks totaling over gallons located. This facility will achieve a rating of LEEDv41 for Data Centers at the Gold certification level from the USGBC.
