I am an experienced Law Enforcement Manager at both the Federal and Local Levels. I have a total of 32 years of law enforcement experience, with the last 25 at a management level. I was a Chief Deputy U. S. Marshal in two different Districts- Western Tennessee and Middle Tennessee. While with the Marshals Service I served on several different coordinating committees at the headquarters level. I was the National Commander for Operation Falcon 2009, in which over fugitive felons were arrested during the month of June. I have experience at the federal level in budget management, procurement, personnel management, security operations, asset forfeiture, and prisoner management. I also had extensive experience in dealing with the media. I had almost 3 years experience as a Major with my local Sheriff\'s Office, most of which I served as the Commander of the Detention Division and as the Commander of the Judicial Services Division. As the Jail Administrator, I managed a staff of 140 with a budget of 16 millions dollars as we cared for an average of 900 inmates. I also served on several committees at the county level in which I worked with other members of the local government. I have local government experience in budgeting, personnel, procurement, contracting, facility security, prisoner custody, and media relations. I also now hold an Armed Security Officer License in the State of Tennessee.
