ABOUT TOMMY SMITH

I am a specialist in Construction Recruitment, I have been involved with the construction sector for over 13 years now supplying both temporary blue collar and permanent white collar professionals. I have dealt with most of the major Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors in the UK and have supplied them nationwide with both permanent (construction professionals), freelance and temporary labour. I have ran a temp desk of up to 80 / 100 temps out at anyone time and secured some major contracts within my career. The one that stands out was the Galliford Try PFI Schools project which was in the region of 65 schools ranging from 2.5 million - 35 million projects spanning over three years. I have gained an excellent understanding on both temporary and permanent placements within the construction sector and have built up some very strong and loyal relationships within the industry. If feel that my strengths are gaining new business and developing it through my personality, service and knowledge.
