Deputy Site Manager at EAONE: • Heavily involved in the transition from construction to O&M at EAONE windfarm. • Procedure and process writing. • Managing contractors to conduct O&M maintenance campaigns to deadlines. This includes an array of works that includes survey works (above & below water), jack up campaigns, certification works & general maintenance of the windfarm. • Ensuring the most cost beneficial use of resources i.e. contractors and transport to achieve maximum production targets. • Use of SAP work order system for asset integrity and work control. • Good Knowledge of SCADA systems. • Implementation and creation of the PTW system for Site. • Experience of control room operator duties to monitor the balance of plant via SCADA systems. • OC authorised under SGRE WTSR’s (Operational Controller) • Trained in marine control duties. • Involved in Emergency Response planning. • Audits completed internally and with contractors. • Liaising with & supervising the main contractor to ensure the wind farm operates at maximum capacity and service work is completed sufficiently. • Managing a variety of departments including BOP\'s (balance of plant), SAP\'s (Senior Authorised Persons), WFC\'s / MC\'s (windfarm Controllers, Marine Controllers), Warehouse Coordinator & administration. Ensuring that all departments hit site targets and work to a high standard. • Emergency Response designated point of contact. Working as an ‘Senior Authorised Person’ up to 220kV under SPR operational HV safety rules: • Adhering to & implementing the Scottish Power HVSR (High Voltage Safety Rules) • Voltage switching, onsite or remotely via SCADA. • Creating and reviewing of switching schedules and safety documents.
