Created and managed six new leagues/programs generating over of new revenue for the JCC.“Little Rookies” Youth Basketball program serving over 90 boys and girls K-2nd grade. Developed curriculum, hired, trained and mentored 20+ coaches. Basketball skills clinic for K-12th Graders. Trained over 350 attendees since November of 2022. Adult Basketball and Kickball Leagues. Responsible for hiring officials, scheduling, and managing leagues.Rising Stars (3-8th Grade League), Tiny Hoopers (3-6 Year Olds) program and High School Basketball League.Serve on the camp administration team hosting summer camps for over 900 campers. Responsible for all aspects of the basketball specific camp.
