ABOUT TOMMY RICHARDSON

I am currently a suspervisor for Rainhams on the Lostock sustainable energy plant having been a contracts manager at Altrad Services and also a contracts Manager at Burflex and also held various managment/supervision roles at various scaffolding companys. I started as a labourer in 2004 and worked my way up to an advanced scaffolder and then progressed to a chargehand scaffolder running big city centre projects.Inhave managed a number of high profile projects for the likes of Siemens, Morgan Sindall and Russell\'s construction. I have quite a few responsibilities within my role *Transport* Materials* RAMS* Managing site labour* Dealing with clients and there project needs.* Wages and target\'s * Design * Scaffold Inspections.* Accident and incident investigation.I have a vast knowledge of scaffolding and also the different systems available having worked with Layher, Contur, Van thiel, Cuplok and tube and fitting in my previous roles.I have worked on various sites from petrochemical, building sites, large city centre projects, chemical sites and power stations.I\'m a driven, dedicated and hard working individual with very high safety and scaffolding standards.
