About Tommy Lee

Currently, I have the honor of overseeing and developing strategy for Los Angeles recruiting efforts at law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. In my capacity, I am responsible for a robust annual calendar that includes national law school engagement, Summer Associates program and lateral hiring while assisting with diversity and professional initiatives as well. At the Firm, I also co-lead the Los Angeles office\'s LGBTQ+ Staff Affinity Group. Lastly, I am humbled to had served as Board Member & President for the Los Angeles Area Legal Recruitment Association.This position is preceded by over 17 years in non-profit experience consisting of development (donor relations, event fundraising, corporate sponsorship, individual giving and major gifts), programming and education.I specialize in legal recruiting, strategic program management and all areas of event production, from design to implementation. I have experience producing a variety of events - from community programs to high end functions. In past positions, I have produced high end events for The Blue Ribbon of The Music Center, assisted in the presentation of the world\'s finest dance companies, and produced innovative community art making programs. I have also had the pleasure of working for Patina Restaurant Group, mentored by their exceptional leaders, and am expert in the art of fine dining service and hospitality.
