Oversight of the physical plant of the mall, and assigned properties, including all mechanical systems and related equipment on a day to day basis; safeguard the interests and assets of the Company, its ownership and management group at the local level.•Stay apprised of, and ensure all aspects of the mall’s operation are in compliance with, all local, state and federal laws, codes, ordinances and environmental and OSHA regulations, as required.•Ensure all aspects of the physical plant including interior/exterior of all buildings and grounds are inspected on a daily basis; report and correct all property deficiencies promptly.•Source vendors and suppliers. Direct, supervise, and manage all third party vendors, including, but not limited to: janitorial and security services; landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors, tenant contractors and vendors.•Ensure the enforcement and compliance of all Company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee and Management Handbooks. Participate in safety meetings and training as required.•Efficient, accurate and timely completion of required paperwork, reports and related assigned tasks; cooperate with all departments, as needed. Communicate articulately in both written and verbal form; effectively navigate computer technology, office systems, and related programs.•Act as a liaison and assist the efforts of the company’s construction group during tenant construction and all property construction projects. •Act as a liaison and assist the efforts of Leasing and associated corporate departments to increase tenant occupancy in the mall; monitor and maintain relationships with tenants; when appropriate, resolves any issues as they arise.•Maintain knowledge of all interior and exterior systems and procedures including, but not limited to: electrical, water and sprinkler systems, HVAC system, water and sewer systems, escalators and elevators, emergency procedures, roofing, landscaping, parking lot maintenance.
