ABOUT TOMMY JUSTISON

My passion for business and public service stems from my upbringing on a fourth-generation grain and livestock farm. I have been entrepreneurially-focused from a young age beginning with a decision to buy out and expand a local agri-business sign advertising company. I developed this into a multi-faceted business for the FFA SAE Program, which won the national award. I served in state and national FFA leadership roles and earned my Eagle Scout Rank. I began investing in long-term capital and equity assets and introduced an investment, commodity and derivatives management arm to my business during high school to be able to capitalize on the major market correction following the 2008 Financial Crisis. While in college, I continued to increase the scope, profitability and asset efficiency annually of my businesses and continue the endeavor to learn every day. I was very involved in extracurriculars-including student government, internships and co-founding a non-profit. I was able to gain valuable experience from several Fortune 500 Companies and The White House, where I was able to rekindle my passion for public service. I highly value my connections and have worked to develop a diverse and supportive network with the capacity to spur and encourage innovation and success. Having graduated from the University of Illinois in 2020, I spent the months preceding my January start with The Boeing Company to diversify my business further adding both Residential & Commercial Real Estate Investment and Development, DTC sales, and Collectibles Arbitrage. I am always seeking new opportunities to invest, refine and sharpen my entrepreneurial acumen. I worked for The Boeing Company, as a rotational employee before transitioning back to my own entrepreneurial ventures. I recently purchased a former Carnegie Library and Church with the intention of creating a family operating foundation.I have had the extreme fortune to travel (currently to all 50 states and 76 countries) and experience other cultures and ideologies different from my own. I find there is something to be learned and appreciated about every person I meet. I have learned we have so much in life to love, appreciate and learn. My agrarian roots taught me the value of hard work and that servant leadership is a life meaningfully spent—whether through philanthropy, business endeavors, public service or other pursuits. I challenge myself daily to look for opportunities to be of service to others and am cemented in the resolve that my legacy will be one which made a positive impact on the lives of others.
