ABOUT TOMMY COYLE
I have been in the industry enforcing all debt types for over 17 years. In this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the industry, I currently have level 3 in taking control of goods and I am looking to take on my level 4 diploma. I have supervised large teams of agents, trained many agents from being completely new to the business to being robust effective agents who enforce ethically. Strengths : managing agents. Training agents. Client liaison. Communication. Dealing with large scale enforcement cases that need planning and leading. Problem solver. I gained a lot of these qualities and many experiences from serving in the Royal Marines Commandos, where I saw active service in Afganistan and Iraq and earned myself two operational medals, I served with Alpha Company at 40 Commando.
