Responsible for oversight of public partnerships, private partnerships, and information security.•Provide guidance on the statewide rollout of Florida’s innovative Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources risk management initiative (FL-CIKR).•Supervise the launch of the Trusted Private Partner program, which enhances the Florida Fusion Center’s information sharing partnerships beyond the public sector. •Responsible for securing $1.3 million in State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) funding to sustain the Florida Fusion Center Network statewide. Serve as Project Director for the Florida Fusion Center’s portion of the grant •Oversee disbursement of state general revenue funding to support regional fusion center operations with 14 positions totaling roughly $1 million.•Sit on statewide working groups for Fusion/Intelligence and Critical Infrastructure/Education (Campus Security).•Provide staff to the Florida Fusion Center’s Executive Advisory Board (EAB). EAB members are executives from partner agencies and offer guidance for statewide intelligence efforts based on agency priorities/needs.•Responsible for compliance with Department of Homeland Security Intelligence & Analysis requirements to ensure the Florida Fusion Center maintains its recognition.•Present on behalf of the Florida Fusion Center at events such as the National Homeland Security Conference and to executives such as FDLE command staff, leadership of other agencies, and members of the state legislature.
