Provide direction, leadership & partnership to the field operations organization, to include HDD, construction & integrity• Develop and implement actions to reduce level of risk and injuries• Develop and implement safety training programs• Responsible for site evaluation to ensure ISO 14001 certification• Review documentation to ensure all required records and reports are complete and accurate, to include emergency response plan (ERP) and site-specific plan• Prepare materials for company use and Workers Compensation proceedings• Review and modify current field programs and manual• Coordinate return to work/modified duty program• Observe the daily job performance of employees• Conduct risk analysis during pre-job meetings• Conduct weekly safety meetings• Conduct required training (CPR/First Aid/ AED, Confined Space in Construction, Trenching & Excavation, Designated Signalman and Rigger• Conduct daily & weekly safety audits• Analyze data in the behavioral based safety program to see trends• Lead Incident Investigations and complete incident reports, using Sologic• Responsible for the inspection of portable fire systems & fire equipment• Responsible for the management of HSE policies and procedures• Responsible for compliance to local and international regulatory requirements• Site Audits to comply with Osha investigations• Assures compliance with all DOT safety regulations• Conducts training for Telogis Workplan driver training• Lifting plans for cranes
