He leverages his understanding of technologies available to enable efficient solutions that enable clients to deliver exceptional service levels to clients and customers while considering the impact to IT budgets.With West Monroe Partners, Tommy is focused on helping our clients when making major shifts within their IT environment that have long term technological and operational impacts such as carve-outs and integrations. His role is to lead the team that performs analysis on the current state, determines the proper strategy and design for moving forward, and implements the solution into production readiness for the client. Along with direct delivery of new infrastructure services to clients, Tom also participates actively in diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers when assessing targets during transactions.Prior to joining West Monroe Partners in 2005, Tom was with Arthur Andersen and Bearing Point as a technical lead on several projects for mainly larger organizations and state governments. Tom’s services focused on the design and implementation of Microsoft platform technologies, enterprise data centers, and disaster recovery. Tom was responsible for defining strategies as well as implementing new solutions that allowed clients to reduce risk, increase infrastructure efficiency, reduce costs, and manage large changes such as data center consolidation and global infrastructure service transformations.
