About Tommy Bigelow

I dedicate myself to learning from a vast number of sources in order to create exceptional experiences for wine drinkers and Yoga lovers alike. I learn to teach, and teach to learn. Since 2015, I have worked 13 wine harvests throughout Walla Walla, Woodinville, Napa, Australia, South Africa and Argentina. I also graduated from the Enology and Viticulture program at Walla Walla Community College. My wine journey has taught me, among many other things, the life lesson of true patience.not learning how to wait, but becoming so immersed in the process that there is nothing to wait for. No moment in the future more important than the one you are experiencing now. I started practicing Yoga in 2018. Just a year later, I followed my heart to a Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Here I found mentors, a family, and myself. I strive to make Yoga as accessible as possible, whether that\'s financially, culturally, and/or physically. I am doing my best as a white American to learn deeply about Yoga so as to appreciate the culture rather than appropriate it. This is always a process and I will continue to learn for the rest of my life. I could write about winemaking and Yoga forever, so if you want to learn more or just chat, feel free to message me!    When the pandemic hit in March 2020, I decided to start teaching online. It was a big learning curve to execute my vision. By trying, failing, and trying again, I have honed my ability to teach remotely and make sure my students are able to receive that value from the comfort of their homes. I have taught one-on-ones, AA group meetings, larger corporate classes, and my weekly Yoga classes.• I now livestream all of the classes that I teach at ZenSoul Yoga in Walla Walla.
