   Develop integrated campaigns from concept to execution, including sample layouts, story boards, and art direction for illustration, photography, video, and animation. • Art direct multiple lifestyle and product photo and video shoots — including shot list prep and image selects — to build a library of assets suitable for responsive design and other environments. • Conceptualize and develop creative assets for the Brooks website, social channels, and email communications. • Stay curious and current on industry trends and the running community. • Strategically consider how a story can be told across multiple digital and retail formats. • Utilize Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite to finalize design assets for all campaign elements, including all printed and digital elements. • Prepare and present concepts to stakeholders and senior leaders. • Respond to design critiques with multiple solutions, sometimes under narrow parameters or strict budgets. • Collaborate with a diverse team, offer constructive feedback, share tools and resources, and contribute to building better processes. • Serve on DEI Advisory Panel to help make Brooks a more diverse, equitable, and welcoming company.
