ABOUT TOMMASO MANDRISI

I studied for five years at the “Carlo Porta” Tourism High School in Milan, where I developed a deep appreciation for the hotel industry, particularly the Front Office and Concierge departments. During the final two years of school, I also attended a professional course focused on hotel operations.My career began in January 2009 as a Front Office Agent at UNA Hotel Century, a 4-star property near Milan Central Station, where I worked weekends and holidays under a Job on Call agreement. This first experience allowed me to gain valuable insight into hotel operations and guest relations.In September 2010, I joined the Front Office team at Royal Garden Hotel in Assago, a business hotel catering primarily to weekday guests and major trade fair events. Shortly after, I was offered a position at La Bagnaia Resort in Siena, a 5-star property with a spa and golf course. This role broadened my experience with leisure and golf clientele and included responsibilities in reservations and accounting support.After nine months in Siena, I returned to Milan and worked for three years at Hotel Milano Scala as a Front Office Agent, where I secured a permanent contract. I also gained experience in the Reservations Department during this time.In April 2015, I transitioned to the Concierge role at Palazzo Matteotti, becoming Head Concierge in 2019. Following the hotel\'s closure for renovation at the end of that year, I worked as Assistant Head Concierge at Hotel Hermitage in Cervinia during the 2019/2020 winter season.During the COVID period, I joined the Relais & Châteaux Gallia Palace Hotel in Punta Ala as Concierge. In 2023, I returned to Punta Ala as Head Concierge for the summer season, further enriching my leadership and guest service experience.In December 2023, I relocated to Milan to take on the role of Head Concierge for the opening of Casa Brera Hotel, a new and exciting hospitality project in the heart of the city.Since March 2021, I have served as Head Concierge at Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio, a prestigious new opening on Lake Como.In December 2023, I relocated to Milan to take on the role of Head Concierge for the opening of Casa Brera Hotel, a new and exciting hospitality project in the heart of the city.I have been an official member of the international Concierge Association “Les Clefs d’Or” since January 2016, and in April 2019, I was appointed Regional Secretary for the Lombardy section.I am passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously strive to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.
