I’m a D365 Commerce Solution Architect, with 11 years of D365 Commerce experience, currently leading one of the largest D365 Commerce implementations in the UK for a major global retailer, operating across 25+ countries and 1,500+ stores. In the last 12 months I have successfully rolled out across 7 countries, with continued roll out direction, design and configuration, and the introduction of D365 MCP AI Agents underway. I began my career with top-tier Microsoft Commerce partners, leading significant retail projects, before transitioning to independent contracting 4 years ago via TGL Dynamics Ltd. I specialise in fast-tracked commerce deliveries, from pre-sales right through to delivery, while embedding the latest D365 capabilities including design and build of D365 MCP AI Agents that drive real operational efficiency and self-sufficiency for customers.
