Translate business needs into UX designs and write design documentation.• Lead design thinking sessions with cross-divisional teams to create and develop iterative product design roadmaps for current and new features. • Partner with the Vanguard experience team in iterating and creating new components and standards for the Vanguard Constellation design system. • Partner with cross-divisional teams and senior leaders.
