   As an Adjunct Faculty member in the Kinesiology Department at Irvine Valley College, I am responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in kinesiology courses. This includes the development of engaging and effective curriculum and syllabi that align with college standards and incorporate a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. My commitment to the college extends to actively participating in departmental activities, including serving on the hiring committee.In my role as Head Women\'s Soccer Coach, I oversee all aspects of the college\'s women\'s soccer program. This includes the strategic coaching and development of student-athletes, as well as the comprehensive recruitment of talented players to build a competitive and successful team. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment that promotes both academic and athletic excellence.
