I am an international development lawyer with experience across academia, private practice, and international organizations (UN and World Bank). I advise on public international law, with a specific focus on environmental law, climate change law and policy, water law, environmental and social risk management, ESG compliance, biodiversity and natural-resource governance, and the intersection of human rights and geopolitics with international development.My work brings legal rigor to complex, multi-stakeholder processes — drafting and negotiating policy and treaty language, designing regulatory and institutional frameworks, and advising on implementation, adaptive management and dispute resolution.
