As the European MD for Venturi Ltd & GmbH, I’m committed to leading the growth and development of the IT recruitment business across the UK office and our Düsseldorf office.\\\\n\\\\nSome of my key achievements / duties to date include:\\\\n\\\\n* Guiding managers and directors to grow the European contractor book to £100k WGP at its peak\\\\n* Helping to develop and empower our Country Manager in DE to achieve GP growth from €0 to €30k WGP in under 2 years and achieve a combined GmbH GP of €45k WGP\\\\n* Created and embedded a BD strategy utilised globally, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to generating new business opportunities and expanding our network of clients and partners.\\\\n* Working with our permanent business to simplify processes and focus our attentions on a few key measurables in order to achieve consistent performance.\\\\n* Building growth plans for the UK & DE businesses in order to allow for scale, and providing the necessary resources and support to achieve them.\\\\n* Influencing the development of an L&D track in line with the BD strategy, enhancing skills and competencies of our consultants / managers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\\\\n* Coaching of our managers on their ability to guide people effectively and the challenges of people management.\\\\n* Succession planning for scale, identifying and developing high-potential talent within the organisation, and preparing them for future leadership roles.\\\\n* helping to develop best practice playbooks to create blueprints for contract and permanent success in client and candidate aftercare, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, and building long-term relationships based on trust and value.\\\\n\\\\nI am a people-focused MD who strongly believes that our success comes from our people.
