With over 20 years in the spa, wellness, and beauty industry, I specialize in spa operations, consulting, and multi-site leadership. I currently serve as Director of Spa Operations for Flair Beauty Spa Ltd, a company dedicated to delivering exclusive spa experiences at sea. In this role, I oversee eight onboard spa centers across international cruise lines, leading multicultural teams and ensuring both exceptional guest experiences and profitable business results. I am equally passionate about new start-ups, brand rollouts, and projects as I am about developing people — helping Spa Managers, Supervisors, and teams grow professionally while meeting and exceeding targets, KPIs, and budgets. Alongside operations, I also lead the recruitment process, preparing and supporting new candidates to thrive. Career Highlights: Successfully leading new spa brand rollouts from concept to launch (marketing, pricing, bilingual materials, ISO compliance).
