ABOUT TOMISLAV VIBOVEC
1991 started career in Croatian military. After a three-year career as a commanding officer in artillery, entered administrative side of military and have since dealt with finances, planning, international cooperation and policy issues. Attended military education of various levels in USA, UK, Austria and France. Served in high level positions at Croatian MoD, General Staff, RACVIAC, and NATO School. Ended military career in July 2015. One year employed at Café Künstlerbund in Stuttgart, as deputy manager. In October 2016 started own business as freelancer in the field of management consulting. In 2023 employed as NATO International Civilian at NCI Agency, in a position of Account Manager. Fluently speaking, beside Croatian as the mother tongue, English and German, and to a lesser extent French. Strong in understanding the administrative and financial sides of a business, in particular of how it affects and supports operational side of it. Major five talents: Analytical, Developer, Strategic, Achiever, and Focus (Gallup testing).
