Manage 20–30 website build projects for clients, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and resource constraints- Develop customized project specifications, communicate this to clients and various stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress monitoring- Resolve customer issues, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction- Proactively communicate project updates, meeting aggressive scope and timeline requirements- Attain expert proficiency in Content Management Systems and project management tools such as Trello, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Invision, BugHerd, Figma, Salesforce, Zendesk.
