I am the controller at NFS Capital, LLC where my responsibilities include handling financial transactions, day-to-day accounting, month-end close, facilitation of the company\'s audit and tax engagements, and other ad hoc items. Founded in 2006, NFS Capital, LLC (formerly NFS Leasing) is a leading story lender, providing flexible equipment financing and asset-backed loans to small and middle-market businesses across the U.S. and Canada. We specialize in supporting companies that may not meet traditional lending requirements, helping emerging, turnaround, and established businesses access the capital they need to grow. With over $1.5 billion deployed, NFS has fueled business expansion, created thousands of jobs, and built lasting partnerships across various industries.Prior to joining NFS Leasing, I had ten years of experience in public accounting, including tax return prep, assurance services, and various advisory services as well. I worked with clients across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, real estate, private equity, and distribution.
