My career began in human resources, where I learned that culture isn’t a department, it’s the pulse of every organization.That principle has guided me through years of leading teams, developing talent, and building workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and capable of their best work.Recently, I accepted the opportunity with Tailored Brands, to open and lead the new Men’s Wearhouse in Sherman, Texas. It’s a chance to build a store from the ground up and carry forward a culture where teamwork, integrity, and community are at the heart of success.Previously, I served as Assistant Store Manager for Jos. A. Bank in Buckhead, also part of the Tailored Brands family.Our work is simple in purpose yet deeply meaningful: helping people look and feel their best for life’s most important moments.    As the opening Store Manager for Men’s Wearhouse in Sherman, I’m preparing for the launch of a brand-new location, building the team, culture, and client experience from the ground up. My role centers on creating a store that embodies Tailored Brands’ purpose: helping people love the way they look and feel for their most important moments.Every day is about leadership in action, hiring and developing a passionate team, inspiring performance, and setting the standard for excellence across service, presentation, and results.Focus areas include:• Recruiting and mentoring a team united by pride, purpose, and accountability.• Creating an environment where legendary service meets measurable results.• Driving the business through the key levers of traffic, conversion, and average ticket.• Executing visual and operational excellence to ensure an exceptional guest experience.• Collaborating with regional leadership to establish Sherman as a model store for culture and performance.This is more than opening a store — it’s launching a new chapter for Men’s Wearhouse in the Texoma region, built on teamwork, trust, and the shared belief that confidence changes everything.
