Early- to late-stage Process development for monoclonal antibody biopharmaceutical asset including: • Author and publish robustness, small-scale model qualification (SSMQ), and process characterization (PC) experimentation protocols using Design of Experiments (DOE). • Execute laboratory experiments and analysis for robustness, SSMQ, and PC of protein affinity chromatography and bulk formulated drug sterile filtration. • Leverage GMP BioPharm Manufacturing experience to participate in cross-functional tech transfer and scale-up of biopharmaceutical asset purification to commercial-scale manufacturing. • Perform experimentation using laboratory equipment including: AKTA Avant, PendoTECH PressureMAT & Filter Screening System, SoloVPE, Malvern Mastersizer, Density meter, Turbidity meter, Biosafety Cabinet (BSC), Laminar Flow Hood, pH & Conductivity meters, and Blast Freezers. • Author and review Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) experiments, maintaining data integrity (DI). • Proposed and Lead implementation of new site-wide cross-departmental safety and logistical ways of working for biologics transport between facilities for tech transfer campaigns
