Prudent Growth Partners, LLC is a private real estate investment company based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Our goal is to build relationships with other like-minded investors who wish to earn above-market returns by investing in commercial real estate. We focus on properties that tend to be overlooked by larger institutions – ones that provide high returns on invested capital along with the possibility of longer-term capital gains. Since its formation in early 2015, PGP has completed 14 acquisitions and has a portfolio of 7 apartment communities and over square feet of retail and office space. The property selection process is rigorous and based on proven investment standards. All properties are professionally managed by established third-party managers.
