I specialize in serving clients who are looking to buy or sell property in Raleigh and surrounding communities. I relocated from the North East in 2003. Working as an Operations Manager and Sourcing Agent with Industrial Chemicals, I have extensive experience in a variety of business challenges. My experience with Operations Management has provided me with the opportunity to work with all levels of business. I have been responsible for everything from production deadlines and project management, to employee counseling and career management. I worked with everyone from technicians to VP’s. My strength and focus is in reducing complexity with organization and communication. Once a goal is determined, I create a path to that goal while communicating the plan and keeping people informed of the status. This ensures clarity to both myself and everyone involved. As a Buyer for chemicals and capital purchases, I negotiated pricing and terms, while maintaining working relationships with business managers and Sales; both internally and with other businesses. Ensuring both sides of a negotiation walk away satisfied is success in any business. I enjoy finding out what people are after, and then finding the path to get to the intended goal. No two situations are ever the same, and everyone wants a fair deal.
