I serve as a facilitator, mentor and executive coach to members of the world\'s leading corporate peer advisory organization – Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Vistage’s diverse and expansive network is comprised of more than 23,500 members in 200 cities and 20 countries. At our monthly peer group meetings, I coach members to offer each other agenda-free advice — and challenge each other to take courageous, thoughtful steps. This helps them become better leaders, make better decisions and achieve significantly better results than they could on their own. As a CEO, business owner and entrepreneur, I’ve known the loneliness of being at the top. I was introduced to Vistage, became a group member and can attest to the great value I experienced by belonging to a group.
