About Tom Girard

As a certified professional coach, I work with executives, founders and individuals in work or life transitions to develop clarity of purpose, leadership excellence and organizational health. I bring to this work a grounded style and draw from my own 15-year executive career building brands and people teams in the retail industry.Previously, I spent 15 years between San Francisco and New York in leadership roles in both start-up and corporate retail environments. Most recently, I served as Brand President of menswear and home brand Best Made Co, where I led teams across e-commerce, brand marketing, creative, product design and merchandising. Prior to joining Best Made, I spent a decade in corporate leadership roles at J.Crew and Banana Republic. I am certified as a professional coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). I am also a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360.
