About Thomas R. Gilmartin

I am an electrical engineer by education with expertise in electrical/project engineering and engineering management on heavy industrial projects. Specific expertise in Nuclear NQA-1, project management, project engineering, plant layout, materials handling design, VFDs and motors up to multi-megawatt; automation systems and networks, commissioning, and startup. I regularly have full responsibility for all project phases including: proposals; project management; plant design; process layout; supervision of engineers, designers, and drafters; and scheduling of workforce/materials flow. Project experience includes: waste-to-energy facilities; nuclear waste handling/storage; automation system design/start-up; industrial process systems; pulp and paper facilities; iron and steel foundries; and mineral processing. I run a group of 50 engineers including all disciplines, responsible for profitability, staffing, culture, quality, and technical excellence. Since I joined Encorus in 2014 we have quadrupled our revenue and are still actively pursuing growth.
