   Feb 2023 — Present · Bothell, WA, US

   Kingmakers (PC) Genre: First-Person Shooter, Real-Time Strategy Worked alongside the design team to bring open-world style maps from a conceptual state to a fully realized playspace that showcased various game mechanics across each level. Utilized Gaea to generate height maps that were used for both near-camera landscape and background static mesh. Responsible for authoring and maintaining various landscape and material shaders. Created multiple biomes using Unreal Engine\'s Procedural Foliage Tools. Pushed optimization of environment assets through poly count reduction, LOD maintenance, shader performance enhancements, and culling distance adjustments. Pitched, implemented, and documented industry standard environment art pipeline workflows to improve production output. Tools: Unreal Engine, Gaea, Maya
