The ability to take a problem, and understand it, work with others to find a solution, and then make it something that will benefit the team, the customer and your company is what motivates me. I believe in the empowerment of people to be able solve issues, and to help them grow. Leadership is something that enables this to happen, and I\'ve learned a lot over my career that has allowed me to grow as a leader. My goal is to help others anyway that I can, to make them and their situation better. I appreciate working with the individuals and customers that have helped me to achieve this, and for those in my personal life that have supported me to do so.
