At BTTC, I work as a Senior Consultant with responsibility for managing a team of commercial professionals across multiple commissions. I lead on client relationship management, business development, and the commercial performance of our services. My role includes driving revenue growth, overseeing resource planning, and supporting recruitment across the commercial function. I also lead internal business improvement initiatives, including tool development and process refinement.My current contract is with Network Rail, where I provide senior commercial advice within the Enhancements portfolio. I lead the commercial delivery of a programme of works, providing direction and oversight to a team responsible for cost control, contract administration, forecasting, and change management. I ensure the team applies the ICC and NEC contracts correctly, maintaining auditability, consistency, and commercial discipline across the portfolio. I’m relied upon for clear interpretation of contract provisions, guiding the client through entitlement, valuation, and resolution of complex issues. My role is focused on ensuring that the right commercial decisions are made at the right time, underpinned by strong governance and practical contract knowledge.
